GENERATION NEXT TUESDAY / Every Tuesday night, 5-10pm, the Apollo will be donating 5% of food sales to our college scholarship fund. We have partnered with Generation Next, a program through CACLV in efforts to raise money to help aid young adults in their program to get into college and stay in college! THERAPEUTIC THURSDAY – Apollo’s version of “happy hour.”
Every Thursday 5 to 7 pm, “therapy” is in session. Stop in and enjoy $6 glasses of Cabernet and Chardonnay & $8 seasonal sangrias.

APOLLO’S SATURDAY BRUNCH SERIES~MARCH-NOVEMBER
It started with an Extreme Bloody Mary and Brunch was born! Join us Saturdays 11am – 2pm March through October for an amazing brunch menu created by our chef. We offer $6 Mimosas & $6 Bloody Marys with purchase of either lunch or brunch. Full lunch menu also available! It’s the only way to kick off your weekend!
HISTORIC BETHLEHEM RESTAURANT WEEK
Twice a year in Winter and Summer we host Historic Bethlehem Restaurant Week. At Lunch, we offer a three course prix-fixe menu, and Dinner is a 4 course pix-fixe menu. As a diner during Restaurant Week, you are entered to win Dinner for 2 for all of the participating restaurants! This week is known as the most DELICIOUS week of Winter and Summer!
